Restoration Window Co. provides residential window replacement and installation services throughout the Victoria and Crossroads area. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contract for service until a formal, written agreement is signed by both parties.
2. Estimates and Consultations
- No-Pressure Quotes: All on-site consultations are provided free of charge and with no obligation to purchase.
- Accuracy of Information: While we strive for precision, initial quotes are based on visual inspections. If unforeseen structural issues (such as rot or framing damage) are discovered during the installation process, additional costs may apply. We will always communicate these clearly before proceeding.
- Expiration: Unless otherwise stated, written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
3. User Conduct

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria County, Texas.
9. Summer Shield Efficiency Credit Event (“The Initiative”) and $150 Per-Window Utility Credit Offer
- Promotion Dates: July 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026
- Eligibility: The Initiative is open strictly to residential homeowners within Restoration Window Co.’s active South Texas service areas (including Victoria, Cuero, Goliad, Port Lavaca, Edna, and immediate surrounding communities). Commercial properties, multi-family apartment complexes, and builder-tier new construction developments are not eligible.
- Initiative Participation: By enrolling in the Summer Shield Efficiency Credit Event, the homeowner agrees to participate in a local energy-efficiency home assessment. This includes a mandatory pre-installation window count and structure health inspection conducted by an authorized Restoration Window Co. technician.
- The $150 Per-Window Utility Credit: The promotional credit of $150.00 is applied per individual window opening replaced and is deducted directly from the total project contract price based on standard retail product and installation pricing at the time of contract execution. This credit excludes all applicable sales taxes, municipal permit fees, and environmental disposal fees. A minimum purchase requirement of select high-performance window openings may apply to qualify for the full credit distribution.
- Limited Availability: This promotional initiative is a seasonal campaign valid exclusively for qualifying residential contracts executed between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026. Restoration Window Co. reserves the right to cap total local program allocations based on material and manufacturing availability.
- Stackability: This $150 Per-Window Utility Credit offer MAY be combined with the active $0 Down, 0% APR Financing Offer for eligible customers who meet third-party lender credit requirements.

10. $0 Down, No Interest for 21 Months Financing Offer
- Creditor and Approval: Restoration Window Co. provides consumer financing access options through a network of independent third-party lenders, including Hearth. All financing offers, terms, and promotion acceptances are subject to final credit approval, underwriting, and risk determination solely by the third-party lending institution, not Restoration Window Co. A minimum credit score, debt-to-income verification, or specific credit history may be required by the lender.
- The “0% APR for 21 Months” Term: For eligible customers who are approved and select the specific promotional “0% APR” lending product through the Hearth network: This offer provides for zero down payment at contract signing and a promotional 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) period lasting twenty-one (21) months on qualifying project purchases.
- Important Information Regarding Interest (DEFERRED INTEREST): Minimum monthly payments are required by the third-party lender during the promotional window. This is a deferred-interest promotional program. If the total project balance is not paid in full before the 21-month promotional period expires, accrued interest will be retroactively calculated from the date of the initial project purchase/funding date and will be added directly to the customer’s total outstanding balance.
- Other terms: Not all consumer lending products offered through the Hearth platform will include a 0% APR introductory period. 11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
